4 Minute Tabata Timer is exactly what it sounds like, a super simple Tabata timer that runs 8 intervals with 10 seconds prepare time and 10 seconds rest time between the sets of 20 seconds in a total of 4 minutes.
Its easy to use and super light weight.

From 3 seconds down there is a count down sound that will let you know when to rest / workout.
You can at any time pause the timer or if you want to reset the timer you can press the back button to get to the menu and start it again.
